![]() ![]() After sending that bulk email, I have received about 300 either out of office or delivery failed notifications. I have moved them in a separate folder within my mailbox. ![]() Task- Now I have to open each and every email and take a note of the email id to which the email was not delivered. With Compliance Search you can select all mailboxes and sites, distribution groups, or specific people and sites. Then record that email id in a separate excel table. Use Keyword Query Language for advanced search. You can also enter search terms using Keyword Query Language and get an estimate of the results so you can get insights about your data. Once, those steps are completed then I have to compare those email ids with Master records and then remove those email id from the master record as a part of data cleansing stuff and to make our address book master records upto date. I tried using Microsoft Flows Button trigger with Get Emails (V3) action. It does a fantastic job but it outputs only Top 10 or Top 20 records. Whenever, I am putting integer greater than 25, I am getting an error. While troubleshooting, I thought that may be I have only 20 such emails hence it is not accepting the greater integer. However, upon doing manual outlook check I found that there are more than 75 such notifications. ![]()
